Dm setter / Social media manager

I'm looking for a DM setter and social media manager to join my team.

Here's what the role looks like:

DM Setting:
- Responding to inbound DMs from interested followers
- Qualifying leads and moving them through the pipeline
- Booking sales calls or collecting info for me to close
- Following up with warm leads who haven't responded
- Using a script and framework I provide

Important: every DM needs to feel human and personal. You open someone's profile, look at their content, and write something specific to them. For example: "Hey [name], I was going through my comments and saw your account, wow, your handstand is beautiful already! How long have you been training?" That kind of energy. AI can be used to help structure or draft messages, but the final message must feel real and personal not copy-paste.

Social Media Management:
- Uploading and scheduling content I film
- Writing captions based on my style and tone
- Engaging with comments and replies on posts
- Reposting and cross-posting across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube)

What I'm looking for:
- Someone proactive, reliable and takes ownership
- Good written English
- Available daily, even if just 1-2 hours
- Someone who understands personal brand and online coaching
- AI tools are fine to use, but the human touch is non-negotiable
