AI Video Generation + Editing

About the Role
We are building a fully AI-powered affiliate marketing operation for a supplement eCommerce brand. You will be responsible for taking scripts and creative briefs provided by the business owner and turning them into finished, ready-to-post short-form videos using AI tools. All content is produced using AI-generated avatars and video — no filming or recording is required.
This is a production-focused role. You will follow a repeatable system each week: receive scripts, generate videos, and publish content across Instagram and multiple Facebook pages on a consistent schedule.
What You Will Do
Avatar & Image Creation
• Create and maintain AI-generated avatar images using Nanobanana based on provided creative briefs
• Ensure avatar appearance is consistent across all content — same look, style, and presentation every time
• Make adjustments to avatar images as directed by the business owner
Video Production
• Take scripts provided by the business owner and produce finished short-form videos using Google Veo
• Sync the avatar to the script audio accurately and ensure video quality meets platform standards
• Deliver videos in the correct format and specs for Instagram Reels and Facebook video posts
• Produce a consistent volume of videos each week as agreed
Publishing & Page Management
• Post finished videos to Instagram and across multiple Facebook pages on a scheduled basis
• Manage and maintain 5–6 Facebook pages, keeping all pages active and consistently updated
• Write captions and add relevant hashtags based on guidelines provided
• Follow and maintain a content calendar — content must go out on time, every time
• Flag any issues with accounts, reach, or post performance to the business owner promptly
What We’re Looking For
• Comfortable learning and working with AI tools — prior experience with Nanobanana or Google Veo is a strong plus
• Highly organized and able to follow a system without needing constant supervision
• Strong attention to detail — consistency in the avatar and video output is critical
• Reliable internet connection and able to work independently on a daily basis
• Experience managing Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts is preferred
• Good written English for captions and communication with the business owner
• Able to meet weekly production targets and deadlines consistently

• Instagram — Reels posting and profile management
• Facebook — Multi-page video posting and scheduling
• Google Drive or similar — receiving scripts and briefs, delivering final files
Compensation
Monthly retainer — rate negotiable based on experience and output volume. Payment made reliably every month.
This is a long-term position. If you are reliable, consistent, and produce good work, there is strong opportunity to grow with the business as we scale.
