Busy Real Estate company in Tampa Bay hiring an Administrative Assistant / Client Relations Specialist. Job duties include Client services (via phone, email, text), Lead conversion and coordination, Transaction coordination, Appointment setting, Data entry, Graphic design for marketing materials such as flyers, email blasts, etc., and general Agent support. The position will evolve to include Web content authoring and management (Social Media Marketing, Blogging, Website content, etc). Must have high English fluency in speech, writing, and comprehension. Spanish language fluency a plus. Must have fast and reliable internet access and computer capable of video conferencing. All necessary online tools will be provided for you.
