Junior Marketing & Sales Support (Remote, Metro Manila)

We are looking for a Junior Marketing & Sales Support Assistant who will play a key role in:

Proactively identifying and researching new business opportunities
Supporting the internal sales team with lead generation and outreach
Creating engaging marketing content (especially video)
Helping build IGS Water’s brand presence across digital channels

This is not a passive admin role — we want someone who actively looks for opportunities and drives growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development Support

Research potential clients (golf courses, farms, distributors, councils)
Identify and qualify new leads across APAC markets
Support outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms

- Marketing & Content Creation

Create and edit short-form videos (LinkedIn, reels, product demos)
Assist in developing marketing materials (presentations, brochures)
Manage and post content on LinkedIn and other platforms

- Sales & Admin Support

Maintain CRM / lead tracking system
Prepare basic reports and summaries
Assist with proposals and customer follow-ups

Required Skills
-Basic experience in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.)
-Strong internet research and attention to detail
-Good written English (clear and professional)
-Familiar with LinkedIn and digital marketing basics
