Remote Filipino Virtual Assistant – Medicare Turning 65 Lead Ninja & SOA Booking Wizard

About the Role
We’re a growing Medicare insurance team focused on helping people turning 65 secure the perfect healthcare coverage. We need a reliable, upbeat Filipino VA who treats every lead like gold and only books clean, high-quality Scope of Appointments (SOAs). No spam, no fake bookings, no no-shows — just real, show-up-ready appointments that help our agents close.
This is a performance-driven role. Junk gets you nothing. Quality gets you paid big.
What You’ll Do Every Day
• Work warm & fresh leads for folks turning 65 (phone + text + email combos).
• Qualify properly: age, Medicare status, real interest, basic needs — friendly but firm.
• Book compliant SOAs straight into calendar/CRM (full Medicare SOA rules training + scripts provided).
• Keep follow-ups tight and logs clean.
• Send short daily summaries.
• Hit weekly targets while keeping attendance rates strong.
Requirements to Rock This
• Excellent spoken & written English with a warm, professional phone presence.
• 1+ year in appointment setting, customer service, or outbound sales (insurance/Medicare exp = big plus).
• Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, laptop + headset.
• Comfortable with Google tools, Calendly, basic CRMs.
• Available for US Eastern Time shifts (evenings PH time – flexible once you prove consistency).
• Honest, detail-oriented, and hates sending junk bookings.
Pay + The “Turning 65 Treasure Hunt” Incentive (Junk-Proof & Motivating)
Base Pay: $4–$5 USD per hour (based on experience & interview).
The Treasure Hunt – Quality Pays, Junk Pays Zero
We reward real results, not volume.
• Base Commission: $4 USD per booked SOA.
• Treasure Points System (gamified to keep you focused on quality):
• +1 point for every booked SOA.
• +10 bonus points if the prospect actually attends (no-show = 0 points).
• +15 extra points if the agent marks it “highly qualified / closed sale” (big win!).
Monthly Treasure Chests (Halved for leaner targets – still very achievable):
• Bronze Chest – 30 points = $37.50 bonus
• Silver Chest – 60 points +
