Company: eFreedom — Full-service marketing agency, California, USA
Pay: $800–$1,200/month (full-time, 40 hrs/week)

The role
You are our Meta and social media person. Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, organic social posting, content strategy. You own it all — for our agency and every client we bring in.
We are a growing agency. You will manage multiple client accounts and be responsible for delivering results across all of them. As we sign more clients, your workload grows and your role grows with it.
What you will do
Meta Ads (all clients + eFreedom):

Build, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for lead generation
Audience building: custom audiences, lookalikes, interest targeting, retargeting
Ad copy and creative direction (we have a video editor — you brief them on what to make)
Conversion tracking: Meta Pixel, CAPI setup and troubleshooting
A/B testing creatives, audiences, placements, and copy
Budget management and weekly reporting on spend, CPL, ROAS, conversions
Landing page recommendations for ad campaigns

Social media (all clients + eFreedom):

Create and manage content calendars for Facebook and Instagram
Write post copy, design graphics (Canva is fine), schedule posts
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/DMs as needed
LinkedIn content and outreach strategy (bonus)
Reddit advertising (bonus)

Requirements

2+ years running Meta Ads with real budgets (not just boosting posts)
Show me real campaign results: CPL, ROAS, conversion data
You know Meta Business Manager inside and out
You can write ad copy that sounds like a real person talking, not AI-generated filler
You can create social media content that doesn't look like stock photo templates
Experience managing multiple client ad accounts simultaneously
Strong written English
Available during US Pacific Time hours (or 4+ hours overlap)
