Real Estate Video Editor (Full-Time – 40+ Hours/Week)

Overview:
We are a real estate media company producing high-end listing videos, agent branding content, and short-form social media for top-performing agents and builders. We are looking for a full-time video editor who understands the real estate space and can deliver clean, cinematic, and engaging edits consistently.

This is a production-heavy role. You will be editing daily and are expected to maintain both speed and quality while following our style and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit cinematic real estate listing videos (luxury, walkthrough, MLS-ready)
Edit short-form real estate content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Edit talking-head content for agent branding and marketing
Select music that matches property style and pacing
Perform sound design (dialogue cleanup, leveling, SFX)
Color correct and grade footage for a consistent, professional look
Use MotionVFX for clean titles, transitions, and overlays
Maintain clean timelines, organized files, and efficient workflows
Follow brand guidelines and internal SOPs
Implement feedback quickly and accurately

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in Final Cut Pro (non-negotiable)
Experience editing real estate videos (required)
Experience using MotionVFX plugins
Strong understanding of pacing, music selection, and visual storytelling
Strong understanding of short-form content structure and hooks
Solid audio editing and sound design skills
High attention to detail (low error tolerance)
Reliable internet for large file transfers
Ability to work 40 hours per week consistently

Preferred (Not Required):

Experience working with real estate media companies
