Appointment Setter / Cold Caller (Roofing Industry)

We are a fast-growing marketing company helping roofing businesses in the U.S. get more jobs using Google Ads.

We are looking for a confident and reliable appointment setter to cold call roofing companies and book qualified appointments.

Your job:

Cold call roofing companies in the U.S.
Speak with owners or decision makers
Book qualified appointments (no selling required)

Requirements:

Fluent English (clear speaking voice)
Confident on the phone
Not afraid of rejection
Reliable internet and headset

Schedule:

1 PM – 5 PM CST (4 hours/day)
Monday – Friday

Expectations:

25 calls per hour (~100 calls/day)
1-3 qualified appointments booked per day

Pay:

$4/hour
$5 per qualified appointment (decision maker agrees to a call and is open to getting more jobs)
$25 per closed deal

Call System:

5 call attempts per lead
1 call per day
Recycle after 3 weeks

Performance (Monthly Example):

2,000 calls
20–60 qualified appointments ($100 - $300)
3–15 closed deals ($75 - $375)

Total commission: $675–$1,100/month + base pay
