Most PR teams pitch 20 journalists a week and hope one replies. You'll pitch 200 — and make each one feel like it was written just for them.
Penji is looking for an AI Growth Strategist who uses artificial intelligence to run PR and content outreach at a scale that traditional teams can't compete with. You'll build systems that research media targets in seconds, generate personalized pitches at volume, repurpose every piece of content into a dozen formats, and distribute it all across the channels that matter — without sacrificing quality or authenticity.
This isn't a role for someone who dabbles with AI. This is for someone who has already replaced hours of manual work with systems that run while they sleep — and is hungry to build more.

What You'll Own
AI-Powered PR Outreach at Scale
? Build AI-powered systems to identify, research, and pitch journalists, podcast hosts, newsletter writers, and media contacts at volume — with personalization that doesn't look automated
? Use AI to map the media landscape in your target verticals, surface the right contacts, and find the angle that gets a reply
? Own the full outreach pipeline — list building, sequencing, follow-up, and response management
? Test and iterate on pitch angles, subject lines, and hooks faster than any manual process allows
? Turn one media placement into a system — document what worked and scale it
Content Creation & Repurposing at Scale
? Use AI to transform every long-form asset — podcast, interview, event, webinar — into clips, reels, quote graphics, blog posts, email copy, and social content
? Produce original written, video, and visual content at speed without sacrificing quality
? Build reusable prompt frameworks and AI workflows that make every content sprint faster than the last
? Know what performs on LinkedIn vs. YouTube vs. TikTok vs. Instagram — and use AI to adapt every piece accordingly
Research & Trend Intelligence
? Use AI to surface emerging topics, competitive angles, and media opportunities before they go mainstream
? Research any target — journalist, podcast host, publication, or brand — in minutes and find the hook that resonates
? Monitor industry conversations and identify PR windows as they open
Workflow Building & Continuous Improvement
? Build and maintain AI-driven workflows that automate research, drafting, repurposing, and scheduling
? Evaluate new AI tools as they launch and implement the ones that give Penji an edge
? Document prompts, playbooks, and SOPs that raise the output ceiling for the entire team
? Track what converts — placements, views, engagement, and downstream customer impact — and act on the data fast

What We're Looking For
? 3+ years in PR, content, growth marketing, or outreach with measurable results
? Deep hands-on experience with AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, ElevenLabs, Runway, Midjourney, or equivalent
? Someone who has actually built AI outreach or content workflows — not just used AI occasionally
? Strong prompt engineering skills across research, writing, personalization, and content production
? Experience with outreach platforms — Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar
? Sharp written communicator — you write pitches that get opened and replies that get meetings
? Data-driven mindset — you optimize for placements and conversions, not just impressions
? Bonus: experience in influencer, affiliate, or event-based marketing
