If you need training from scratch, this isn’t for you.


We’re a U.S.-based real estate investment company with a real pipeline already in place:

• Consistent inbound leads
• Pre-qualified motivated sellers
• Clean CRM and structured process
• Dedicated lead management support
• In-house technology built specifically for speed and conversions

You’re not coming in to figure things out.

You’re stepping into a system that already works.

Your job is simple:
Close.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Talking directly with motivated property owners
• Controlling the conversation and understanding motivation
• Handling objections in real time
• Moving deals toward signed agreements
• Keeping the CRM clean and accurate

This is not a script-reading role.
This is performance-based.


WHAT WE PROVIDE

• Warm inbound + follow-up leads daily
• Fully managed pipeline and backend systems
• Internal data and tech advantage over competitors
• Support team handling data and lead flow
• Clear structure so you can focus on closing

Most closers don’t get access to this kind of setup.


COMPENSATION

• Base: $2,000/month +/-
• Performance bonuses per deal
• Sliding scale pay as you produce more

Top performers make significantly more.

There’s no cap if you can consistently close.

TRIAL PERIOD

• 2–4 week performance-based trial
• If you perform, you stay and scale
• If not, we part ways quickly
