This isn't a traditional sales role. We're not looking for someone who can work a CRM and make 50 calls a day. We're looking for someone who uses AI to do what a team of 10 used to do — and then closes the deals themselves.

What You'll Own
AI-Powered ICP Research & Workflow Mapping
? Use AI to build deep profiles of your ideal prospects — their tools, workflows, team structures, pain points, and buying triggers
? Identify where design bottlenecks live inside an agency or brand before you ever send a message
? Map decision-maker hierarchies and find the right entry point for every account
? Turn a 2-hour research process into a 10-minute one — without losing depth or personalization
Outreach at Massive Scale
? Build and run AI-powered outreach systems across
? Use AI to generate, test, and iterate on messaging angles, subject lines, and hooks faster than any human team could
? Own your own meeting pipeline — no waiting on leads, no excuses. You prospect, you book, you close
? Continuously experiment with new channels and use AI to scale what converts
Sales & Closing
? Run the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract — demos, objection handling, follow-up, close
? Use AI to anticipate objections before calls, prepare responses, and walk in knowing more about the prospect than they expect
? Maintain a clean, real-time pipeline with next actions on every deal
? Report close rate, deal size, and conversion metrics weekly — and own the numbers
Workflow Building & Continuous Improvement
? Build reusable AI workflows for prospecting, personalization, research, and follow-up that compound over time
? Evaluate new AI sales tools as they launch and implement the ones that give Penji an edge
? Contribute to team prompt libraries, playbooks, and SOPs that raise the floor for everyone
? Get 1?tter every month — in AI, in sales, and in understanding the people you're selling to
What We're Looking For
? 3+ years in sales, business development, or outreach with a proven closing record
? Hands-on experience using AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent — specifically applied to sales workflows
? Deep understanding of prompt engineering for prospecting, personalization, objection handling, and sequence building
? Experience with outreach platforms and CRMs — Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot, or similar
? Someone who has actually built AI workflows, not just used AI occasionally
? Sharp written communicator — you write copy that gets replies
? Self-directed, metrics-obsessed, and uncomfortable with stagnation
? Bonus: experience in affiliate or influencer marketing
