Hours: Morning Prep: 7:30 AM CST | Working hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST
Days: Monday - Friday | twice a month 7pm - 8pm event

850 Club Credit is a growing, content and community driven company focused on credit education, homeownership, and real estate referrals.

This role exists to support the CEO by ensuring the team executes tasks correctly, on time, and exactly as directed. You will help keep daily operations organized, systems updated, and reporting clear so the CEO can focus on growth and strategy.

Core focus areas include:

Daily operations & team coordination (lead one weekly morning huddle)

Ensure Trello is accurate and updated weekly for every tea ---------- mber

Review EOD reports for task completion and accuracy

Update and create SOPs as processes evolve

Clear and organize high-level emails

Create weekly and monthly company reports

Work directly with the CEO on priorities and follow-through
