JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage communication between our clients, callers, and appointment setters. Your main responsibility is to ensure everything runs smoothly — no missed messages, no confusion, and no dropped opportunities.

You will be the central point of contact keeping everyone aligned and informed.

???? Responsibilities
Communicate with clients and callers to ensure they have everything they need before appointments
Manage and update spreadsheets with accurate, real-time information
Coordinate between appointment setters and clients to prevent miscommunication
Confirm appointments and follow up with leads
Ensure all client and lead information is organized and up to date
Identify gaps in communication and fix them quickly
Maintain a smooth, professional experience for every client and caller

? Requirements
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Experience handling clients, leads, or customer service
Comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
Ability to multitask and stay on top of multiple conversations
Reliable, responsive, and proactive
