Client Experience Virtual Assistant (Luxury Event Brand)

The Party Haven is a luxury event planning and design company known for elevated experiences, statement décor, and seamless execution.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support client inquiries and booking communication while maintaining a polished, professional, and luxury brand tone.

This is not a basic admin role—this position plays a key role in the client experience and booking process.

This role operates on a performance-based structure:
• $3 per new inquiry response
• $5 per follow-up communication
• $20 standard booking bonus
• Up to $50 bonus for high-quality bookings

Bonuses are paid when a client submits a retainer.
