About Us

We are a fast-growing Australian marketing agency managing a wide range of clients across websites, advertising, branding, and content.

Our website department is expanding, and we are looking for a highly organised and experienced Website Project Coordinator to take ownership of website projects and ensure smooth, on-time delivery.

This is a key role within the team, working directly with our Operations Manager and collaborating with developers, designers, and content teams.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end website projects, from client communication through to delivery.

You are the person making sure:

- Nothing falls behind
- The team knows exactly what to do
- Clients are always informed
- Projects are delivered smoothly and on time

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing multiple website projects (builds, updates, landing pages)
- Communicating with clients to gather content, feedback, and approvals
- Assigning and briefing tasks to developers, designers, and content team
- Tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met
- Following up with tea ---------- mbers to keep projects moving
- Managing project boards ( ---------- or similar)
- Reviewing work before sending to clients (quality control)
- Identifying issues early and solving them before they become problems

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven experience coordinating website projects (WordPress, Shopify, or similar)
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong understanding of how websites are built and delivered
- Experience working with remote teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once without dropping the ball
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
