Video Editor (Short-Form Reels / CapCut) – Ongoing Work

We’re hiring a high-level, fast video editor for ongoing short-form content (Reels/TikTok).

This is not a creative-heavy role — it’s about precision, speed, and consistency at scale.

You’ll be editing street interview content from live events, following a proven format:

ROLE
• Cut footage into tight, engaging short-form edits
• Add clean, accurate subtitles (must be perfect)
• Apply consistent branding (logos, fonts provided)
• Match existing style exactly — no guesswork

NON-NEGOTIABLES
• Deliver within 12 hours of receiving footage (Work is scheduled in advanced so you'll know ahead of time)
• Be highly responsive (we work fast)
• Follow references exactly
• Strong English — subtitles must be clean and natural

If you miss deadlines or need multiple revisions, this role is not for you.

TOOLS
• CapCut preferred (or equivalent with same efficiency)
