Virtual Appointment Setter – Real Estate.
We are a growing U.S.-based real estate team seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is driven, organized, and confident on the phone. Compensation is heavily tied to results.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to buyer and seller leads
Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
Nurture prospects until they are ready to transact
Set qualified appointments for agents
Update and manage all lead activity inside Follow Up Boss CRM
Track conversations, notes, and pipeline stages accurately
Maintain daily call and appointment goals
Requirements:
Experience in Follow Up Boss preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Appointment Setter, ISA or similar sales role
Excellent English
Strong objection-handling skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Reliable high-speed internet and quiet work environment
Headset and backup power/internet preferred
