About Us:
AdChefs works with e-commerce brands to build their in-house video editing teams. You get placed with one brand, work as part of their team, and get daily support from a lead who gives feedback and coaches you.
What We Are Looking For:

Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Portfolio with e-commerce or direct-response ad work (Meta preferred)
- Strong feel for hooks and pacing, you know what stops the scroll in the first 2 seconds
- Coachable and consistent, you take feedback and actually apply it
Responsibilities:
Edit high-converting short-form ads using provided A-roll, B-roll, and creative direction. Direct the pacing, music, transitions, hooks, and overall feel of every video.
You Should Not Apply If:
- You're looking for a side gig or already have a full-time commitment
- You don’t have experience editing ads for eCommerce brands
- You treat feedback as criticism instead of fuel
