What You'll Be Working On

You'll help design and build the intelligent systems that power the platform. We have a clear AI roadmap and we need someone to help bring it to life, including:
- AI tools for customer filtering, lead qualification, and intelligent engagement
- Automated sales funnel systems that communicate with and nurture clients
- AI-assisted transaction tools for contracts, documents, and deal management
- Compliance review tools that use AI to audit and protect every transaction
- Onboarding systems that reduce admin work and accelerate agent productivity
- Autonomous agent integrations that allow the platform to do more with less

This role is about understanding how AI fits into a real product and building it in a way that works for the people using it, not just the people building it.

Responsibilities

AI Integration and Development
- Integrate AI tools, models, and services into existing and new platform features
- Build reliable, scalable systems that bring AI capabilities into production
- Connect AI to real workflows that agents and clients experience directly
- Stay ahead of where AI is going and bring that knowledge into the product

Back-End Engineering
- Design and build server-side systems that support AI-powered features
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs that connect AI capabilities to the platform
- Ensure systems are secure, efficient, and well-documented

Code Quality and Ownership
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code
- Review and contribute to a codebase built for the long term
- Document integrations, architecture, and processes thoroughly

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other developers on the platform team
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction
- Support frontend requirements when needed to complete AI-driven features

Quality and Troubleshooting
- Test across environments and iterate based on real usage
- Debug issues across different parts of the system
- Build with reliability and performance in mind from the start
