Meta Ads Manager Needed – Lead Gen Campaigns – Immediate Start

Looking for an experienced Meta ads freelancer to manage campaigns for a client running two lead gen funnels:

Skool community membership (online audience)
Local bin washing service (geo-targeted)

What I need you to do:

Set up and manage Meta lead gen campaigns from scratch
Repurpose existing YouTube content into scroll-stopping ad creatives (captions, hooks, multiple variations)
Structure audiences and run A/B tests on creative + copy
Set up lead form integrations (Zapier/Make or native delivery to CRM/email)
Provide weekly performance reports and optimization recommendations

Budget & Timeline:

£500/month ad spend (client-funded)
£350-400/month for your retainer
Start: This week (client payment confirmed tomorrow)
First campaigns need to be live within 3-5 days

What I'm looking for:

Proven experience running Meta lead gen campaigns (please share examples or case studies)
Comfortable working with smaller budgets and testing efficiently
Can explain your process clearly — I'll be shadowing to learn, so teaching ability matters
Experience with video ad creative is a big plus
Responsive communication (we'll have weekly check-ins)

Not looking for:

Agencies or teams (just solo freelancers)
People who need hand-holding or can't work independently
Anyone who ghosts after the first week
