Faceless content editor (Shorts & Long-form)

- Good communication skills and open to revisions and improvements while collaborating closely with the manager
- Ability to edit engaging faceless YouTube videos (both short-form and long-form content)
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling flow, and audience retention techniques
- Skilled in using stock footage, animations, subtitles, sound effects, and background music effectively
- Able to follow editing style guides and channel branding requirements
- Capable of meeting daily or weekly content deadlines consistently
- Open to feedback and willing to adjust edits based on performance insights
- Experience creating attention-grabbing hooks in the first few seconds
- Knowledge of YouTube Shorts editing style (fast pacing, captions, zoom cuts, visual highlights)
- Ability to organize project files properly and maintain workflow efficiency
- Basic understanding of copyright-safe assets and fair use practices
- Willing to coordinate with scriptwriters, thumbnail designers, and managers when needed
- Reliable internet connection and availability for regular updates and progress tracking
