ABOUT THE ROLE

We run a lead generation service for mortgage brokers across the UK. We need a reliable, detail-oriented outreach specialist to manage and execute cold email and LinkedIn campaigns on behalf of our clients.

This is a part-time, ongoing role with room to grow as we take on more clients. We want someone we can trust to work independently and deliver consistent results.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Building targeted prospect lists of UK mortgage brokers using LinkedIn and Apollo.io
- Sending and managing cold email outreach campaigns (50–100 emails per day)
- Managing LinkedIn outreach sequences (connection requests + follow-up DMs)
- Tracking leads, replies, and responses in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Writing and A/B testing short outreach messages
- Sending a brief daily update report so I always know what's happening
- Flagging warm replies immediately so we can follow up fast

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

- Proven experience running B2B cold email or LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Comfortable using Apollo.io or a similar prospecting tool (training provided if needed)
- Strong written English — your messages will be going to UK business owners
- Highly organised and self-managed — I need someone who hits their daily targets without chasing
- Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
- Available for at least 2–3 hours per day, Monday to Friday
- Reliable internet connection and fast response times

NICE TO HAVE

- Previous experience in financial services or mortgage industry outreach
- Familiarity with UK GDPR rules around B2B cold outreach
- Experience writing outreach copy that gets replies

HOW WE WORK

- You'll receive a full onboarding document with scripts, targeting criteria, and campaign instructions
- We use GoHighLevel to track everything — daily reporting is simple and takes 10 minutes
- I'm available on WhatsApp for quick questions
- Weekly 30-minute check-in call every Monday
- Pay is weekly via PayPal/Wise
