Appointment Setter — Remote | High-Ticket Sales | Base + Bonus

We are a fast-growing high-ticket sales agency based in Australia, scaling across multiple verticals including business coaching, AI, real estate and professional services.
We are hiring motivated Appointment Setters to join our remote team. This is a high-energy role with real earning potential and a clear path to growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
? Running cold outbound via LinkedIn and email to generate qualified leads
? Building targeted prospect lists using Apollo or similar tools
? Managing replies and booking qualified calls for our closing team
? Working to a weekly booking target with full support and training
The Pay
? Monthly base salary paid every month
? Performance bonus for every qualified call booked — paid on top of base
? Additional bonus when deals close from your pipeline
? Top performers on our team earn $4,000-$7,000 USD/month

What We’re Looking For
Must know how to use instantly, heyreach and setup their own sending infra
? Experience with cold outreach — email, LinkedIn or phone
? Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
? Familiar with tools like Apollo, Instantly, HeyReach or similar (preferred but not required)
? Strong written English
? Available during US business hours
