Part-Time Phone VA — US Patient Coordinator

We run a medical clinic in Windsor, Ontario near Detroit. US patients come to us for knee injections. We need someone to call warm leads from our ads, answer their questions using a script we provide, and book them in.

These are warm leads — they already asked about us. No cold calling.

YOU MUST:
— Have a clear, warm English speaking voice with minimal accent
— Be available 10 AM to 7 PM US Eastern time (or as many of those hours as possible)
— Be comfortable on the phone with American patients
— Have reliable internet and a quiet workspace

NICE TO HAVE:
— Call center, sales, or appointment setting experience
— Healthcare or medical office background

WE PROVIDE:
— Full call script with answers to every question
— Step-by-step booking process — no guesswork
— Training call before you start
— VoIP phone system (no personal phone needed)

PAY: $6–$8 USD/hour depending on experience
HOURS: 15–30 hours/week
