About the Role

We own a 8-figure e-commerce brand looking for an experienced Media Buyer Assistant to support our senior media buying team.

Your primary responsibility will be to upload Meta ads exactly as instructed by the Senior Media Buyer, ensuring all campaigns are created correctly, efficiently, and on time.

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, follows instructions precisely, and has prior experience in Meta Ads for e-commerce brands.
- You must be able to upload ads the same day instructions are given.
- Upload Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads as instructed by Senior Media Buyers
- Follow exact campaign structures provided
- Create campaigns, ad sets, and ads according to given instructions
- Upload creatives, copy, headlines, and descriptions correctly
- Set budgets, audiences, placements, and optimization settings
- Ensure campaigns are launched correctly and without errors
- Upload ads 2–3 times per week
- Complete uploads on the same day instructions are given
- Double-check campaign settings before launch
- Communicate with the team if issues arise
- Maintain organized naming structures

Requirements

Must-Have Experience:
Prior experience uploading ads on Meta Ads Manager
Experience working with e-commerce brands
Understanding of:
Campaign structure
Ad sets
Pixel tracking
Creative uploads
Campaign naming conventions
Ability to follow instructions exactly
Strong attention to detail
Fast response time
Reliable internet connection
Available during required working hours
Able to work under direction from Senior Media Buyers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with 7-figure or 8-figure brands
Experience uploading:
Testing campaigns
Scaling campaigns
Creative testing structures

Familiarity with:
Slack
Uploading Campaigns on meta and understands the whole ad manager
Shopify
Tracking tools (Triple Whale, Hyros, or similar)
Experience working with structured SOP workflows
