**JOB DESCRIPTION: Content Creator Operations Virtual Assistant (Remote – Philippines)**
About the Role

I’m a full-time fashion, lifestyle, and hosting content creator looking for a highly organized, proactive **Content Operations Virtual Assistant** to help manage the backend of my business.

This role is focused on **keeping my content, website, YouTube, and newsletter running consistently and smoothly** so I can focus on creating.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management & Organization

* Manage content workflow from filming ? editing ? posting
* Organize and track all content using Google Sheets or Notion
* Ensure all content is scheduled and posted on time across platforms

YouTube Management

* Upload 2 videos per week (vlogs + fashion content)
* Write SEO-friendly:

* Titles
* Descriptions
* Tags
* Schedule and optimize videos for performance
* Add affiliate links in descriptions

Website Management

* Update website weekly with:

* New blog-style posts
* Embedded reels and YouTube videos
* Affiliate links (Amazon, LTK, etc.)
* Keep homepage fresh and aligned with current content

Newsletter Management

* Create and schedule a **weekly newsletter**
* Include:

* Weekly life updates (based on my content)
* Affiliate links
* Recent YouTube videos
* Format emails in a clean, elevated, easy-to-read style

Editor & Content Coordination

* Communicate with video editors
* Send content for editing
* Track deadlines and follow up
* Request revisions when needed


???? Content Tracking & Systems
* Maintain a content tracker with statuses like:
* Filmed
* Editing
* Ready
* Posted
* Ensure no content is missed or delayed


Requirements

* Previous experience working with **content creators, influencers, or social media brands**
* Strong understanding of:

* YouTube platform + SEO
* Email marketing (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Flodesk, etc.)
* Website platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar)
* Extremely organized and detail-oriented
* Strong written English skills (important for newsletters & descriptions)
* Proactive communicator (you don’t wait to be told what to do)
* Ability to meet deadlines consistently


? Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus)

* Experience with Amazon storefronts or LTK
* Basic graphic design (Canva)
* Understanding of affiliate marketing
* Familiarity with fashion/lifestyle content

* Part-time to start (with opportunity to grow into full-time)
* Must be available for:

* Weekly check-ins
* Daily communication (Slack, WhatsApp, or email)
