Freelance Graphic Designer – Static Meta Ad Creatives (Ecommerce)

Hi! We're a fast-growing ecommerce fragrance brand from the Netherlands. We sell premium scented cleaning products and are scaling our Meta advertising. We're looking for a reliable freelance graphic designer for ongoing weekly work.
Every week we send you a briefing with the offer, copy, and reference examples. You design the creatives. We handle strategy, you focus on design execution.

WHAT YOU'LL DESIGN
Offer ads - discount, bundle, or deal creatives (main focus)
TOF ads - lifestyle and brand feel creatives (secondary)
Always 2 formats per creative: square (1:1) for feed + vertical (9:16) for Stories

VOLUME
10–20 creatives per week (all the creatives in the following formats - 1:1 + 9:16)
Volume may vary week to week

YOUR TASKS
Design 3 visual variants per angle (same message, different layout/style)
Apply brand guidelines (logo, colors, fonts - all provided)
Deliver named files in our folder structure via Google Drive
Process one round of feedback per batch

REQUIREMENTS
Portfolio with static Meta ad examples (ecommerce or lifestyle brands)
At least 1 offer ad or promotional creative in your portfolio
Proficient in Figma and/or Canva
Reliable with deadlines - every week, on time
Comfortable working from written briefs in English

PAYMENT
$3–$5 per creative set (1:1 + 9:16 together = 1 set)
Paid weekly
Performance bonuses for creatives that perform well as ads
