Full-Time | Remote | Philippines | $5/hour USD

We are looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Filipino Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Editor to join our growing team full-time.

This role is ideal for someone who is strong in graphic design, social media visuals, short-form video editing, and content support and wants a stable long-term opportunity with room to grow.

You will support a fast-moving business ecosystem led by the CEO of Innovative Global Entities (IGE), a multi-brand company involved in business education, media, publishing, podcasting, and digital marketing. Our brands include Get Biz Credit, Reimagine iT Inc., Excel Media Group, Affluential Magazine, Mind Your Business Podcast, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your main focus will be helping us create and prepare high-quality branded content for social media, promotions, podcast marketing, and online publishing.

Main Responsibilities
Design social media graphics, quote cards, promo posts, and carousel content
Edit short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok
Create flyers and branded marketing visuals
Repurpose podcast and brand content into clips and social assets
Write or format basic captions and calls to action
Help schedule and organize content
Assist with light WordPress updates
Keep files organized and follow content workflows
Support multiple brands while maintaining visual consistency
Tools You Should Know

You do not need to be an expert in everything, but you should already be comfortable with most of these:

Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
Social media formatting for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Basic WordPress editing
Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
Good written English

Experience with InDesign is a plus. Experience with podcast content is also a plus. Your current ad requires Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, WordPress, Teams, PowerPoint, and publishing tools, which likely narrows the pool too aggressively for the compensation.

Must have at least some overlap with 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Eastern Time
Pay & Benefits
$5/hour USD
Paid bi-weekly via Payoneer or PayPal
