JOB OVERVIEW

Objective
this is a strategy role not purely an execution role you must have skillset that is scaleable .
Drive profitable revenue through paid acquisition by managing, testing, and scaling campaigns across Meta and Google.
This role is responsible for spend efficiency, CAC control, and scaling winners — not content posting or general marketing.

Core Responsibilities
1) Campaign Management (Daily)
Launch and manage campaigns across:
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Google (Search + Shopping)
Ensure tracking accuracy (pixel, events, attribution)
Structure campaigns correctly (CBO, ABO, retargeting, etc.)


2) Budget Allocation & Scaling
Allocate daily spend based on performance
Identify winning ad sets and scale them
Cut underperforming campaigns quickly

3) Performance Optimization
Improve:
CPA / CAC
ROAS
CTR / CPC
Run structured A/B tests:
creatives (provided)
must operate using clear decision rules, not vague judgment.

Examples:

Kill ad sets after $X spend without conversions
Scale budgets when CPA is below target for X days
Pause creatives when CTR drops below X

Strong understanding of:
Meta Ads Manager structure
Google Ads (Search + Shopping)

Ability to clearly explain:
how you scale a winning campaign
how you recover a losing campaign

Must provide:
-Show a campaign you managed with spend + results (screenshot required).
-How do you test creatives within Meta?
- what experience do you have with clothing or DTC brands
