Photo Fixer / AI Image Retoucher

We're a content studio building character-driven, cinematic content at scale — over 40 million views and 57K followers across platforms so far. We're growing our team and looking for an AI image retoucher on a freelance/contractor basis. Full-time also available.
You'll be cleaning up and enhancing AI-generated images to a premium, publish-ready standard.
What you'll do:
— Fix common AI artifacts — hands, fingers. AI tools preferred for speed and/or manual retouching
— Clean up skin, lighting, and shadows so everything looks natural and polished
— Keep visual consistency across recurring characters (same face, same style, same world)
What we're looking for:
— Sharp eye for detail and an obsession with clean output
— Experience working with AI-generated images
— Proficient in Photoshop or retouching software of your choice
Details:
— $5–7/hour depending on experience/quality of work.
— Flat rate per image also available — we're flexible on structure
— Raises based on performance and consistency
— Bonus pay as we scale
— Fully remote — work on your own schedule, no fixed hours
— Paid test project before any ongoing commitment
