Short Form Video Editor

We're a content studio building character-driven, cinematic content at scale — over 40 million views and 57K followers across platforms so far. We're growing our team and looking for a short-form video editor on a freelance/contractor basis. Full-time also available.
You'll be editing AI-generated clips into polished short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

What you'll do:
— Edit footage into short-form clips (10–20 seconds)
— Choose music, build hooks, and pace transitions
— Deliver polished, scroll-stopping content that feels cinematic — not generic
What we're looking for:
— Strong sense of pacing, mood, and visual storytelling
— Comfortable working with AI-generated footage
— Knows what performs on short-form platforms
— Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or editing software of your choice
Details:
— $5–8/hour depending on experience/quality of work. Flat rate per clip also available — we're flexible on structure
— Raises based on performance and consistency
— Bonus pay for high-performing clips
— Fully remote — work on your own schedule, no fixed hours
— Paid test project before any ongoing commitment
