Scheduling Coordinator / Appointment Scheduler
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily schedules for clients. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient appointment booking, minimize conflicts, and provide excellent communication with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for clients
• Maintain and update calendars to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate with clients via phone,
• Coordinate with team members to align availability and avoid scheduling conflicts
• Send reminders and follow-ups to client's upcoming appointments
• Handle cancellations and last-minute changes professionally
• Keep records of appointments and client interactions
• Ensure all scheduling systems are up-to-date and organized
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Calendly, CRM systems)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in administrative or scheduling roles is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with remote teams or virtual assistants
• Familiarity with client management systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Work Environment:
