Part-Time Virtual Assistant
Social Media · Podcast & Speaking Outreach · Online Course Support · Executive Admin
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-Time, ~20 hours/week
Schedule: Flexible; some overlap with US Central Time preferred
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role
I'm an entrepreneur, online course creator, and professional speaker/corporate workshop facilitator looking for a reliable, proactive VA to help me grow my brand and free up my time. You'll play a key role in getting my message in front of more people — through podcast appearances, speaking stages, and consistent social media presence — while also keeping my back office running smoothly.
This is a long-term position for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about doing great work.

What You'll Be Doing
????? Podcast & Speaking Outreach (top priority)
• Research podcasts in my niche and build a running outreach list
• Write and send personalized pitch emails on my behalf
• Research conferences, summits, and corporate events accepting speakers
• Submit speaker applications and track all submissions
• Follow up on outreach — diligently and on schedule
• Maintain an organized tracker (Airtable or Google Sheets) for all outreach activity

???? Social Media Management
• Repurpose my existing content (talks, course material, ideas) into platform-ready posts
• Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and/or other platforms
• Draft a simple weekly content calendar for my review and approval
• Monitor comments and DMs; flag anything needing my personal reply
• Research relevant hashtags, trends, and accounts in my space

???? Online Course Support
• Monitor and respond to student questions in the course community
• Track enrollments and flag students who may need extra support
• Assist with course launch prep — drafts, FAQs, email sequences
• Research potential affiliate and referral partners

???? Email & Calendar Management
• Triage my inbox daily and draft responses for my review
• Schedule meetings, calls, and speaking/workshop prep sessions
• Send confirmations and follow-ups after meetings
• Manage my booking links (Calendly or similar)

???? Research & Admin
• Weekly research on industry trends, competitor content, and opportunities
• Keep my speaker bio, one-sheet, and media kit up to date
• Gather and organize testimonials and case studies from students/clients
• Handle miscellaneous admin tasks as they come up

You're a Great Fit If You...
• Have experience supporting a personal brand, course creator, coach, or speaker
• Write excellent English — especially for outreach and professional emails
• Are comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding
• Are highly organized and never let follow-ups fall through the cracks
• Are proactive: you spot opportunities and flag them without being asked
• Communicate clearly and promptly about progress, blockers, and updates

Tools We'll Be Using
Experience with any of these is a plus — but you don't need to know all of them:

• Communication: Gmail, WhatsApp
• Calendar & Scheduling: Google Calendar, Calendly
• Social Media: GoHighLevel; Canva for basic graphics; LinkedIn, Facebook, InstaGram
• Tracking: Airtable or Google Sheets
• Docs: Google Docs / Google Drive
• Course Platform: GoHighLevel

How to Apply
Please send a short message (no more than 3 paragraphs) that covers:

• Your experience supporting a course creator, coach, or personal brand
• One example of outreach work you've done (podcast pitching, speaking research, sales outreach, etc.)
• The tools you're most comfortable with

Applications without this information will not be reviewed. Please write your own message — do not use a template.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
