As part of our expansion, we're looking for a motivated and persuasive Cold Calling Executive to help us grow our property portfolio by contacting landlords and letting agents directly.

Job Summary:

As a Cold Calling Executive, your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with property owners and letting agents across London. Your goal is to introduce our services, build rapport, and schedule viewings.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to landlords and letting agents from provided lists or through your own research.
Pitch the company’s short-term rental management services in a compelling and professional manner.
Handle objections and questions confidently and knowledgeably.
Identify qualified leads and schedule viewings
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversations using our spreadsheet.
Continuously improve pitch based on feedback

Requirements:

Previous experience in cold calling - can speak confidently on the phone
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and resilient personality.
Good knowledge of the London property market is a plus.
Ability to work independently and hit performance targets.
