TikTok Content Operation Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute TikTok content growth strategies for our luggage brand, driving exposure, quality, and GMV conversion.
- Plan and manage account content aligned with platform trends, user needs, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze video performance, track goals, and capture industry and platform hot topics.
- Produce localized, original content for the Indonesian TikTok account (shooting and editing).
- Collaborate with the live operations team to create highlight content, ensuring high-quality materials that maximize conversion.

Job Requirements
- College degree or above (education flexible with strong experience); fluent spoken English for daily communication.
- Skilled in short video shooting (camera/phone) and editing software (PR/CapCut); basic team management experience.
- 1+ year of TikTok/IG short video content creation and operations; strong creativity and content planning skills.
- Solid understanding of TikTok’s content and traffic mechanisms; strong data analysis skills to optimize strategies.
