Managing director

We're launching a UK cleaning business and need a Managing Director to run day-to-day operations remotely from the Philippines. This is NOT a VA support role - you'll build and run the entire business: lead generation (50-70 cold calls daily), sales, team recruitment, scheduling, customer service, and operations management. You'll have full autonomy, P&L visibility, and salary increase in line with profits

Requirements: 3+ years operations/management experience, proven lead generation and sales closing ability, native-level English, team management background, autonomous work style. Available UK business hours (9am-5pm UK = 5pm-1am Manila).
