Shopify Product Listing VA for Fashion Store (Temporary Project, Long-Term Potential)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shopify Product Listing VA to help upload around 150 fashion products to our Shopify store.

This is initially a temporary project, but there is strong potential for a long-term position for the right person and when the store is scaling. We are building a growing webshop, and over time there may be opportunities to grow into other roles such as Customer Service VA, Finance VA, or even Manager.

Main Tasks

You will help prepare and upload products correctly into Shopify.

Step 1
Copy all product links into Kopy and import them into Shopify.

Step 2
Create product images using Nano Banana.
We already have ready-made prompts for this.

For each product variant:

1 image of the front
for the last variant, use another prompt for the back
use another prompt for detail shots. (all with standard prompts and pick the most realistic one.)

Step 3
Create the product title using our standard prompt (in chatgpt).

Step 4
Create the product description using our standard prompt (in chatgpt).

Step 5
Create the meta title using our standard prompt (in chatgpt).

Step 6
Create the meta description using our standard prompt (in chatgpt).

Step 7
Make sure all product information is in English, including:

sizes
color variants
product details

If needed, adjust sizing to English sizing standards.

Step 8
Assign the correct product category:

Men
Women

Step 9
Pricing will be handled by us.

What We Are Looking For
Experience with Shopify product uploads
Good written English
Very strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and prompts carefully
Basic understanding of fashion product pages
Able to work independently and accurately
Experience with AI tools is a plus

So this role is mainly about executing accurately, staying organized, and working efficiently.
