Job Description:
We’re a fast-growing construction company looking for a highly motivated cold caller / appointment setter to help us secure new contracts every week.
Your main role will be reaching out to property owners, real estate investors, and businesses to generate qualified appointments for our sales team.
We are looking for someone who is confident, consistent, and results-driven — not just someone who “makes calls,” but someone who can convert conversations into real opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls daily (lists will be provided or discussed)
Speak with homeowners, property managers, and business owners
Pitch our construction/remodeling services
Qualify leads and set appointments
Keep notes and update CRM (or spreadsheet)
Hit weekly targets for booked appointments and contracts
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales
Strong English communication skills (clear and confident)
Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
Experience in construction, home services, or real estate is a PLUS
Self-motivated and reliable
Compensation:
Base pay (optional depending on experience) + performance-based bonuses
Bonus per qualified appointment set
Additional bonus for contracts closed
Opportunity for long-term work if results are strong
Performance Expectations:
50–150+ calls per day
Set 5–15+ qualified appointments per week
Help generate consistent weekly contracts
