About Us
Second Wind Renewables is an Australian company working in the wind turbine industry (inspection, repair, installation support).

We are currently preparing for large-scale projects and need to quickly build structured documentation (procedures, safety, QA/QC).

The Role (IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY)
This is NOT a general VA role.

You will:
Take rough notes / voice input
Turn them into clear, structured procedures
Build safety documents and templates
Organise documents into logical systems
You must be able to think in steps, structure, and process.

Key Tasks
Create SOPs / Work Instructions
Build SWMS / Risk Assessments
Create ITP (Inspection Test Plans)
Format technical reports
Organise Google Drive / folder systems

Requirements (STRICT)
Strong written English
Must be able to write in step-by-step format
Fast turnaround (same day drafts)
Experience with SOPs / procedures / documentation
Able to work with technical content

NOT SUITABLE IF YOU ARE:
General admin only
Social media focused
Slow or waiting for instructions
Not comfortable with technical work

Test Task (REQUIRED)
Write a simple step-by-step procedure for:
“Cleaning and inspecting a wind turbine blade”
If you do not include this, your application will be ignored.

Hours
Full-time
Immediate start
Overtime available (project-based)
