JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented Chat Support Specialists to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online conversations, building engagement, and driving revenue through effective communication.

This is a remote position requiring strong English skills, sales awareness, and the ability to think quickly in conversations.

Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to a high volume of incoming messages
- Maintain engaging, natural, and personalized conversations
- Upsell content and maximize revenue opportunities
- Follow provided scripts and adapt based on conversation flow
- Track performance and meet daily/weekly targets
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Fast typing speed with attention to detail
- Sales mindset (experience in sales or chat support is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and stay consistent
- Reliable internet connection and working device
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including nights/weekends if needed)

Nice to Have
- Experience in chat-based sales or customer engagement
- Familiarity with subscription-based platforms
- Understanding of online audience psychology
