We are a fast-growing supplement brand selling Direct-to-Consumer across multiple countries in Europe. We are scaling fast and need a reliable, detail-oriented VA to own our customer support and daily inventory tracking.
YOUR MISSION
Be the first point of contact for our customers — resolving issues fast, protecting our reputation, and keeping our internal operations running smoothly every day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Respond to customer
- Send tracking links and discount codes to customers with delayed orders
- Handle Stripe disputes and chargeback claims with supporting evidence
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) to translate and draft responses in multiple European languages
- Update our daily inventory tracker (Excel) with sales data exported from Shopify
- Flag low stock alerts to the CEO every morning
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience with Shopify (Orders, Customers, Discounts sections)
- Familiarity with Stripe (disputes, chargebacks, evidence submission)
- Excellent written English — other languages handled via AI tools
- Experience in e-commerce or DTC brands
- Proactive and autonomous — you solve problems before escalating
- Available Mon–Sat, response time under 4 hours during EU business hours (UTC+1/+2)
