AI Creative Strategist – EU Fashion Dropshipping

We are an international e-commerce company operating multiple fashion dropshipping stores on Shopify, mainly targeting customers in Europe and Latin America.

Our brands have generated over $1,500,000 in online sales, and we are now scaling aggressively by improving our creative strategy and ad performance.

We operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, where creatives are the main driver of growth.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Creative Strategist specialized in EU Fashion Dropshipping, who understands how to create high-converting creatives adapted to European audiences.

This is not just a video editing role.
We need someone who understands:

• European customer expectations
• Fashion buying behavior (especially women 40–65+)
• Direct response marketing (Meta Ads)
• Creatives that feel authentic and native

Main tasks:

• Create high-converting video ads (AI-generated, product-focused)
• Produce creatives adapted to EU markets (FR / ES / IT / DE)
• Write hooks, scripts, and emotional angles for fashion products
• Create AI-based videos (from product images or raw assets)
• Test multiple variations (hooks, formats, audiences)
• Spy competitors and adapt winning concepts to our brands

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fashion dropshipping (EU market preferred)
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads creatives
• Ability to create UGC-style ads that feel real (not over-edited)
• Experience with AI tools (CapCut, Runway, Kling, etc.)
• Good understanding of customer psychology
• Ability to work fast and produce volume

Big plus:

• Experience targeting women 45–65+
• Experience in multi-country stores (FR / ES / IT)
• Experience working with dropshipping
