Appointment Setter & Lead Generator for Property Management & Government Contracts
Job Description:
Burston Services is looking for a reliable and driven Virtual Assistant to help grow our business by contacting apartment complexes, getting on vendor lists, and finding clean-out opportunities.
This role is focused on calling,

Responsibilities:
• Call apartment complexes and property managers daily
• Introduce our services and request vendor registration
• Send follow-up
• Find apartment clean-out and trash removal opportunities
• Research and assist with government contract opportunities
• Maintain organized records of all leads and contacts
?
Daily Expectations:
• Make 50+ calls per week
• Send 20–40
• Submit vendor applications
• Provide a weekly report
?
Requirements:
• Strong English communication
• Comfortable with cold calling
• Organized and consistent
• Experience with lead generation or sales (preferred)
?
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
• Experience with property management outreach
• Knowledge of government contracting or SAM.gov
?
Pay:
• $4–$8/hour (based on experience)
