Looking for fulltime airbnb data analyst to search USA markets, perform costs analysis, comparible markets, communicating with landlords on introductions (with scripts provided). Must be good with numbers, excel a plus.

Once the homes are negotiated and rented, coordinating with renters, cleaners, maintenance, escalation and coordination with landlord on urgent issues.
