Telemarketer for Real Estate Calls

I need a telemarketer to make real estate calls, with an hourly pay and commission per closed deal. You will generate leads based on criteria of HOT, WARM OR COLD leads. *This is not an appointment setting position.*
You must be familiar with using three-line call dialer. The dialer we use is ---------- for all of our needs. Its mandatory for you to use our dialer when contacting our leads.
Ex: Call, ask them offer they would accept based on our market criteria. They give a number that falls within criteria. You will immediately text or email that HOT or WARM lead info. Then we communicate, analyst property, send contract and communicate with lead on back end.
