Davis Family Chiropractic is a 27-year cash-based chiropractic practice in Raleigh, North Carolina. We specialize in pediatric, prenatal, and family care. We're growing fast and need a GHL expert to help us build and manage the systems that support that growth.
This is not a general VA role. We need someone who lives and breathes GoHighLevel.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
? Build and manage automated
? Set up workflows and triggers based on patient milestones (visit counts, tags, appointment dates)
? Create and maintain pipeline stages for new patient lead tracking
? Set up conditional logic branches (e.g. IF tag exists ? skip
? Connect GHL to our scheduling software (Sked) via webhooks or Zapier
? Manage tags and contact segmentation (new patient, pediatric, prenatal, wellness, lapsed)
? Build and optimize opt-in funnels and landing pages for lead generation campaigns
? Set up and monitor Google and Meta ad integrations inside GHL
? Maintain our ManyChat integration for DM automation
? Troubleshoot broken workflows and sequences proactively — don't wait to be asked

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...
? Have 1+ year of hands-on GoHighLevel experience (not just watched tutorials)
? Can build a multi-step automation workflow from scratch without being walked through every step
? Understand tags, triggers, pipelines, conditional branches, and webhooks
? Have experience connecting GHL to third-party tools via Zapier or native integrations
? Communicate clearly in English — written and verbal
? Are proactive: you flag problems before they become fires
? Can work independently with minimal supervision
? Are available for at least 10 hours per week with room to grow
