youtube documentary editor

My name is romeo and I am looking for a editor within the natural disaster documentary niche.

I am looking for someone who has a strong sense of pacing, speed of cuts, pattern breaks, can create motion graphics, knows how to use ai and very good clip researching finding using youtube and different sites, coachable and can emulate competitor editing styles

I am looking to pay 5-10 dollars per minute but will increase when the channel receives tracking. When the channel does, I am open to raises and bonuses for your hard work.

Here is a reference channel of the editing style i am looking for

Must be able turnarounds video with 48 hours or less

Scripts and instructions will be provided

Must have link work

Must be able to create free sample and have turnaround sample with 24 hours, ( i will provide script)

And must have some experience within my niche
