Content Manager / Video Editor / Operations Assistant Virtual Assistant Video Ads TIktok Ads

We are hiring a highly capable operator to manage content creation, social media execution, and day-to-day tasks across a fast-moving online project.

This is not a single-skill role. You will be responsible for both content and general execution.

Need someone with executive level skills.

Responsibilities:

Edit high-retention short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, X, etc.)
Create and execute content ideas based on trends and real-time events
Manage and grow social media accounts
Turn raw clips into engaging, performance-driven content
Identify what is working and iterate quickly
Assist with operational tasks as needed (research, posting, organizing, coordination)
Execute tasks independently without constant instruction

Requirements:

Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or similar)
Understanding of viral content, hooks, pacing, and retention
Ability to identify trends and act on them without direction
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Fast execution and strong attention to detail
Self-starter mindset with high ownership

Preferred:

Experience with gaming, FPS, crypto, or betting-related content
Experience managing or growing social media accounts

Compensation:
