Complete 10DLC brand and campaign registration (fee reimbursed)
Set business profile: name, address, phone, timezone
Section 2 — CRM & Pipeline Setup
Create 7 custom contact fields (Financial Goal, Income Range, Budget, etc.)
Build IUL Sales Pipeline with 10 stages from New Lead to Client Won/Lost
Create 10 contact tags for workflow triggering
Set up 3 Smart List saved filters for lead status views
Import any existing contacts via CSV with proper field mapping
Section 3 — Calendar Setup
Create 20-minute "Free Retirement Strategy Call" calendar
