Virtual Assistant / Product researcher

Hello,
I run an amazon business but work a full time job. I am looking for someone to be my virtual assistant and to do product research. Along with the product research comes finding a supplier or wholesaler who actually sells the product.

The ideal candidate will require:
- Good English communication to communicate with me directly
- A brilliant work ethic
- Good organisation skills, eg; inputting data on spreadsheets
- access to a laptop, webcam and reliable wifi
- willingness to learn and develop their skills.
The ideal candidate doesn't need experience, I am willing to train someone who will in the future manage the amazon storefront with regular increases in pay and different incentives.
